Butcher Head

To perform the meat cutting functions. These includes but is not limited to scraping and traying products, cubing steaks, grinding ground meats and cutting and processing meat according to requirement and perform all meat associate responsibilities as directed.
- To weigh all meat items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice.
- To receive any meat delivery, code, rotate, and put in appropriate storage area. To perform yield tests when necessary.
- To develop product knowledge in all areas of the meat department including cooking procedures.
- To communicate any needed equipment repairs or maintenance work needed. Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor. Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
- To keep work area free from debris and safety hazard. Keep a running inventory.
- To observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards.
- To maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene and wear clean uniform.
- To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
- All documents/records related to Food Safety & HSE (where applicable) shall be kept up to date.
- Food safety/HSE Policy and objectives, as applicable to the department, to be followed and updated.
- To carry-out all other duties & responsibilities in pantry, kitchen and dining area assigned by immediate supervisor and Manager related to Kitchen Operations in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.
**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
