**Role Overview**:As a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator at Ghadeer Interior Decorations, you will play a pivotal role in accurately quantifying project materials, labor, and costs, while also preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of fitout projects. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are cost-effective, well-managed, and aligned with our clients' expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to understand project scope, requirements, and specifications.
- Quantify materials, labor, and resources needed for fitout projects, considering unique design elements and local market factors.
- Utilize historical data, industry benchmarks, and market trends to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, ensuring alignment with local regulations, project specifications, and contractual terms.
- Evaluate received bids and negotiate terms with contractors to secure the best value and quality for fitout projects.
- Incorporate sustainability factors and energy-efficient solutions into estimations and project planning.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and advancements in estimation techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of estimation processes, tender documents, and project-specific cost records.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator, ideally within the fitout or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in using estimation software, MS Office, and relevant technical tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its role in cost estimation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
