**1. JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Shall have diploma in any discipline, preferably hospitality related.
- Minimum THREE years of experience in administrative and housekeeping preferably with Gulf Experience in Oil / Gas Sector.
- Able to read, write and speak English language and preferably bilingual.
- Age between 25 to 40 years.
- Good listening, adaptation, communication and understanding skills
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimum supervision.

**2. JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Well trained, experienced and shall be able to supervise activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they perform their duty well to maintain the premises clean and hygienic.
- Responsible to assign cleaning personnel duties in their dedicated areas.
- Able to inspect work done by maintaining proper housekeeping, equipment & consumables and take corrective actions proactively.
- Maintain and able to generate checklist / reports on daily basis for the cleaning activities. Inspect cleaning equipment and consumables at site and contractor’s store and ensure safety stock level and report.
- Daily visits to the buildings for inspection to maintain cleanliness.
- Generates and maintain computer-based record, memos, reports and filing of documents, if any, to ensure prompt availability of records and reports.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Office Administration Staff to enable achievement of sections objectives.
- Coordinate with the cleaning contractor for day-to-day operational matters regarding cleaning services under intimation to Office Administration person-in-charge.
- Regularly check overall condition of offices, buildings, furniture, assets, etc. for tagging, maintenance requirements, if any, and report them to Office Administration person-in-charge.
- Undertake miscellaneous jobs / errands assigned by the company from time-to-time.
- Ensure safe work practices by all working with him.

**3. GENERAL SPECIFICATION OF WORK**:

- The normal working days and hours for contractor personnel shall be 48 hours per week including 30-minute lunch break as follows:
Saturday - Thursday : 0630 - 1430 / 0800 - 1600 hours

Friday : Weekly Off

Lunch Break : Half an hour
- Indoor and outdoor including site visits as directed.
- The contractor shall provide a well experienced and qualified replacement who is trained and pre-approved by COMPANY whenever the regular staff is unavailable due to any reason including vacation or sickness.
- Shall undergo safety etc. required trainings.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 60 months
