**Job description**

we are looking for a Head of Carpentry Department with good proven experience more than 8years in Finishing works of furniture and decoration, exhibition stands, stages etc. and required Strong communication skills are vital.

**Job Summary**
- Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project
- Lead a team of carpenters to perform remodeling tasks
- Consulting with people about the design
- Responsible for the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the production team
- Ensure that each project is produced on time and on budget
- Keeping within time deadlines
- Perform carpentry tasks with the highest quality of craftsmanship in the time allotted
- Solving problems that might occur during a project
- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required
- Keep informed of the entire project scope including revisions, change orders or changes to the scope of work and the schedule
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the Production Manager, subcontractors, and clients as the Lead Carpenter is the working jobsite manager
- Responsible for the production of projects in accordance to the plans and specifications

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
