**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The QAQC Inspection Architect will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural and civil construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications as per the client’s requirements. This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and overseeing the quality control processes on the project site, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. The QAQC Inspection Architect will collaborate closely with site engineers, construction staff, and third-party testing agencies to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality results.

**KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS**:
Quality Implementation: Implement quality standards and procedures on-site, ensuring adherence to architectural, civil, and engineering specifications.

Communicate method statements and standard procedures to workers, ensuring tasks are performed accurately and effectively.

Inspection Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers and construction staff to schedule and perform inspections.

Prepare detailed reports and attach related documents for specific inspections on items and system services.

Work Monitoring: Observe and monitor work in progress, making necessary process adjustments to address quality control issues that arise on-site.

Test and Inspection Oversight: Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensuring adherence to procedures and coordinating quality audits.

Material and Installation Inspections: Inspect incoming materials, installations, and the testing/commissioning of equipment, ensuring compliance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

Field and Material Testing Coordination: Coordinate with approved laboratories and third-party agencies for field tests and materials tests, ensuring compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and other relevant standards.

Internal Inspections: Conduct internal inspections prior to submitting reports to the consultant, discuss results with responsible parties, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Request for Information (RFI) & Request for Test (RFT) Preparation: Prepare and manage RFIs and RFTs in coordination with site engineers and ensure their effective implementation.

Compliance Reviews: Review architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical works for compliance with approved method statements and the ITP.

Non-Conformance Resolution: Ensure that all non-conformance reports are addressed and resolved promptly by the concerned staff.

Log Maintenance: Maintain and update logs of inspections and requests for tests regularly, ensuring all quality-related forms are up to date and available at the site office.

Other Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required by the project.

**EDUCATION BACKGROUND & SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 05 years of professional experience in quality assurance and quality control, particularly in construction projects.
- Proficient knowledge of CAD and other design software; expertise in Revit and BIM is an advantage.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant programs.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR9.00 per month
