Lady Barista

Job Title**:Lady Barista - Bartender**

**(Immediate Joiners preferred)**

Starting Monthly Salary**:QAR 2,300 ++**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced coffee.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, origins, and brewing methods.
- Grind coffee beans and ensure proper storage.
- Create and serve a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, smoothies, and other specialty drinks.
- Develop new and innovative recipes.
- Maintain knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and preparation techniques.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed.
- Open and close the bar/cafe according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or Bartender.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and non-alcoholic beverage creation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR2,200.00 per month
