Main responsibilities include
- Assist in implementing the Kids training program to engage the children in healthy and safe developmental physical activities.
- Provide appropriate gymnastics instructions to children of all abilities a safe, fun and physically active environment.
- Plan and lead lessons developed to the developmental characteristics of the group, adjusting activities as necessary to provide optimal challenge for each participant.
- Maintain a safe environment, including setting-up and inspecting equipment, highlighting health and safety concerns to the Superior.
- Provide ongoing feedback to parents and participants, including the preparation of progress reports.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and appearance, especially when interacting with parents and participants.

Between the above duties you will have the opportunity to be part of our court monitor team delivering an outstanding experience to groups of children,
- A court monitors role is to govern the trampoline park and ensure that the rules are being adhered to.
- To assist customers that are experiencing difficulty.
- Greet and assist customers entering the jump areas.
- Administer the safety briefing and explain the rules for each area of the park
- Ensure that all jumpers are following the rules.
- Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear and no loose jewelry.
- Coordinate clearing the courts or surrounding area when there is an injury.
- Ensure that all pads, nets, springs and other safety items are installed and functioning properly.
- Report problems with equipment to the Manager on duty.
- Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area.
- Complete opening and closing tasks and duties.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor, management or needed by the business.
- At all times behave in a manner that reflects the expectations of our Business.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Flexible, team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges.
