**What you will do**:
Senior Technician is a key role reporting directly to the Team Leader, Aftermarket Controls Segment and will be based in Qatar. The Aftermarket Controls team carry out service, maintenance and retrofit projects on Building Management Systems (BMS) used for comfort and energy efficiency across multiple industries including commercial, retail and hospitality.

As a Senior Technician, your responsibilities will encompass all activities related to the implementation and maintenance of BMS systems on-site. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating between the customer, subcontractors, supervisor, and office team. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various field devices such as sensors, actuators, and other related equipment. Your expertise in these tasks will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficient performance of the BMS systems.

You will be part of a team, where you will be exposed to a dynamic environment that provides a platform for you to develop your technical and project execution skills.

**How you will do it**:
You will actively engage in effective communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, foster transparency, and promptly resolve any site-related issues that may arise. Your role will be centered around building positive relationships and coordinating efforts to ensure seamless operations and efficient problem-solving. By actively collaborating with all parties involved, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of the project and promote a transparent and productive work environment.

Your work as a Senior Technician will be highly hands-on, involving tasks such as programming controllers, commissioning and calibrating sensors, actuators, meters, and other equipment. You will demonstrate your expertise by conducting system operation training for customers and crafting comprehensive handover and maintenance documents to ensure a flawless transition. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of safety not only for yourself but also for subcontractors involved in the projects. Your attention to safety will be paramount throughout all aspects of your work.

**Required**:

- Bachelors/Diploma Degree in Electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in On-Site Building Management System, preferably with a reputable brand.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and technical report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.
- Ability to multitask and schedule works efficiently.
- Must hold a valid Qatar driving license.
