Background

As a Group, Ooredoo generated total revenues of over $600m from Digital services in 2021 and has created a dedicated Digital Services unit to evaluate & develop existing and new growth areas. The new unit will leverage the Group’s strengths and assets to contest with new competitors and build new businesses in Digital services such as Mobile Financial Services, Mobile advertising, Content and Partnerships (VAS), Digital Media (IPTV), consumer cloud, security, ecommerce and A2P.
There is an immediate opportunity to grow these direct revenues further and increase indirect revenues from digital services in our markets in B2B ICT Digital Services & Partnerships.

The role-holder is responsible to support the Digital Services & Partnerships team in conceptualizing, analyzing, strategizing, operationalizing developing, building, maintaining, operationalizing and launching B2B ICT digital services & partnerships domain that is expected to deliver a profitable new revenue stream & augment existing B2B portfolio in Ooredoo footprint markets

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and development of a robust and innovative B2B ICT digital services & partnerships portfolio, including defining the strategy, framework, business model, enablement tools, platform requirements, customer experience and market strategies
- Assist Opcos select best partners for their markets, this includes assisting in tailoring RFPs, assisting in answering questions, providing guidance on final selection etc. working with all relevant teams within Opco to ensure alignment (technology, customer care, commercial etc.)
- Assisting opcos manage all aspects of the relationship with 3rd party partners - setting and enforcing KPIs, periodic reviews etc.
- Provide assistance in creating B2B ICT digital & partnerships roadmap
- Reviewing the current portfolio of B2B ICT digital Services & Partnerships across the Group and identifying gaps in availability and sourcing new partners to launch new services in areas such as Enterprise Cloud based services, Cyber Security, productivity & collaboration services, Digitization services, IOT & in general XaaS portfolio.
- Review individual requirements of Opcos & work at Group level on B2B ICT solutions & partnerships enablement tools, support / managed services requirements, MSP/SI requirements etc.
- Preferable experience in working on & managing B2B marketplace solutions, including ISV partnerships, product cataloguing, product bundling, APIs development/management, south bound Telecom systems automation requirements for enabling tools such as marketplace etc.
- Develop and disseminate to all Opcos, best practice guidelines for Digital B2B ICT services to drive through improvements in revenue and operational effectiveness across the Group of companies. This includes sharing learning form the different OpCo B2B teams across the Group
- Conduct monthly/quarterly Opcos reviews & Key Partners to ensure that KPIs are being met
- Responsible for working with Opcos on areas of performance management to ensure that they continue generating incremental revenue, reducing time to market for new digital services etc.
- Provide detailed reports & charts of project performance, new launches and opportunities

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B ICT domain of Mobile Operator & or ICT/ISV/MSP company.
- Expert knowledge of B2B ICT portfolio management, enablement tools, Operations management, & working in a highly competitive market environment with in-depth knowledge & expertise in building business cases for new product & solution development.
- In depth understanding of B2B ICT business areas including presales, after sales, product development, product pricing, bidding process, quotation, product bundling with core telco products.
- Extensive experience in pricing, ideally in prepaid as well as post-paid arenas.
- Demonstrated track record and Expert Knowledge in customer insights, segmentation, and propensity modelling.
- Experience in dealing with ICT Companies ISVs & MSPs.
- Experience and understanding of building analytics capabilities beyond customer behavior analysis, e.g. Network Analytics,
- Demonstrate being an excellent team player with a proactive mind-set and has the ability to work across diverse markets and cultures.

**Minimum Entry Qualifications**
- University degree, Master’ preferred
- Marketing, B2B Product development/Management background preferable
- Multi-national experience and exposure to different markets but primarily must have worked in developing markets
