Job Description: Indoor Computer Sales Support

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advice and support to customers regarding computer systems.
- Assist customers in selecting the right computer products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate between customers and the maintenance workshop for service and repair requirements.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Assist with product demonstrations and provide guidance on product features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer systems, technologies, and industry trends.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical and sales skills to effectively support and sell computer systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
- Commercial awareness to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meticulous and logical approach to work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well in programming aptitude tests and meet high standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales quotas.
- Knowledge of computer systems and components.
- Previous experience in computer sales or customer support is desirable.
- Arabic language knowledge is preferred.
