job duties:

- Site inspection, pest identification, suggesting control measures, etc.
- Selection of pesticides and treatments, preparation of schedules, etc.
- Various pest control techniques, such as biological-physical cultural methods,
- Provides leadership and direction to the supervisors and technicians to advance service quality and enhance client partnership.
- Prepare Integrated Pest Management programs and provide recommendations and plans specific to individual operations, as needed.
- conduct a gap analysis to implement new pest strategies

**Experience**:

- relevant: 3 years (preferred)
