Job Description:
Maintenance
- Planning & scheduling the quarterly / Monthly PPM Activities, notifying the property officials before a week to notify the tenants.
- Flowing up of the scheduled quarterly / Monthly Planned preventive maintenance Activities by visiting the sites on a scheduled basis to ensure the PPM is being carried out as per NFPA standard & QCDD requirements.
- Prepare and submit the PPM reports with comments and recommendations (if any) to the client after the completion of PPM Activities.
- Submitting proposals for the comments found during PPM which requires extra materials for rectification and submitting work completion reports, and invoices after the completion of rectification work.
- Follow up with the procurement fir the creation of purchase orders and with the suppliers for the earlier delivery of materials for the completion of rectification activities within the stipulated time.
- Providing coaching to the technicians as necessary to improve their knowledge and to enhance the quality of PPM service.
- Provides 24x7 on call responsibility for technical support and repair for AMC site problems and notifies any critical safety issues to the attention of maintenance engineering / management.
- Review the possible causes of firefighting / fire alarm incidents, prepare technical reports, and plan an alarm abatement strategy. Communication result to require business groups.
- Conduct awareness training to all tenants/caretakers of the property to elaborate the functionality of fire safety system in the buildings.
- Preparing estimations and proposals complying with the client requirements for various enquiries such as tenders, and job in hand project given by the business development team.
- Consult with authorities to discuss safety regulations and to recommend changes, as necessary.

Project Engineer
- Site coordination for the daily activities in the firefighting services.
- Planning the Materials procurement as per the requirement.
- Reviewing the technical specification, drawing and estimation of the project.
- Attending the site meeting to review the progress and the requirements with the consultant and the main contract.
- Troubleshooting the firefighting system issues to make sure the performance complies with civil defence & NFPA standards.
- Carry out site survey, field studies, design, proposals, and optimization.
- Carrying out an integrity test for the FM200 enclosure to check the structural integrity of enclosure.
- Complete the Design for Fire Fighting system for the project.
- Completed the acceptance testing and approval of commercial and residential building fire projection projects.
- Implemented and reviewed the performance test for fire pumps, suppression system and sprinkler systems.
- Testing & Commissioning of Automatic fire fighting system, total flooding gas suppression system by FM200 & Novec.
- Consult with authorities to discuss safety regulations and recommend changes, as necessary.
- Prepare & Review contract documents, submittals specification for code compliance and procedure for final approval.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fire alarm systems

Valid QCDD License (mandatory)

Valid UPDA Certificate - (mandatory)

Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)

Locally available in Qatar with Valid QID and transferrable visa with NOC

Can join immediately
