We are currently hiring **Operations & Production Manager For Commercial Printing Press who is having experience in Printing & Advertising Industry** with immediate Visa Transfer & NOC.(Preference will be given to those in Qatar)

As an Operation & Production Manager in the Printing and Advertising industry, you will oversee all aspects of the production process to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of high-quality printed materials and advertising products. Your role involves managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with various departments to meet client requirements and business objectives.

- Develop and implement production schedules based on client orders, project requirements, and resource availability.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and client servicing teams to ensure alignment of production timelines with client expectations.
- Optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize turnaround times.
- Streamline processes for prepress, printing, finishing, and packaging to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands effectively.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources and scalability to accommodate fluctuations in workload.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for printed materials and advertising products, ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry best practices
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to identify and address production defects or issues.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of printing presses, finishing equipment, and other production machinery to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and equipment installations as needed to support production activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards in all production operations.
- Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve performance targets and objectives.
- Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement best practices and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in production operations.
