**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently cut, debone, and prepare chicken for retail and wholesale customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inspect meat for quality, ensuring freshness and proper handling.
- Operate and maintain cutting tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and answering inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a butcher, with a focus on poultry preferred.
- Knowledge of various chicken cuts and preparation techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to operate butchering tools and equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items as needed.
