**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

**Outdoor Sales Activities**:

- Conduct outdoor sales visits to potential clients, presenting company services and solutions, and effectively communicating value propositions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

**Proposal Development**:

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies to meet client needs.

**Pipeline Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, following up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide feedback and insights to management based on market research and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the **facility management industry** or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for outdoor sales visits.
- **Experience **in **Qatar Market** specifically **facility management industry or cleaning and maintenance.**
