We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Sales Executive** to work in our **Furniture and Modular Kitchen Showroom**. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interior design and sales, who thrives in a customer-facing environment. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, helping them select the right furniture and modular kitchen solutions, and providing a personalized shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Assistance and Consultation**:
- Greet and assist customers who visit the showroom, providing them with detailed information about products and services.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable furniture and modular kitchen solutions.
- Offer product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and customization options.
- Help clients visualize designs and layouts for their space, using samples, product catalogs, and design software if applicable.
- **Sales and Product Promotion**:
- Drive showroom sales by promoting new, popular, and high-margin furniture and modular kitchen products.
- Actively engage with customers to upsell and cross-sell related products.
- Keep track of showroom inventory and ensure that products are displayed correctly, clean, and in an attractive manner.
- Follow up with customers on quotes, inquiries, and to close sales.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Contribute to achieving showroom sales goals through proactive customer interaction.
- **Showroom Maintenance and Organization**:
- Ensure the showroom is always neat, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Help in arranging product displays and setting up promotional materials and signage.
- Regularly update showroom displays to reflect current trends, offers, and new product arrivals.
- **Customer Follow-up and After-Sales Support**:
- Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Provide assistance with product ordering, delivery coordination, and installation scheduling.
- Handle customer concerns and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge and Market Awareness**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and designs in furniture and modular kitchen solutions.
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions to maintain a thorough understanding of the product range.
- Share insights with customers regarding design options, space optimization, and installation.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, ideally in the furniture, modular kitchen, or interior design sector.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to provide personalized service.
- Basic knowledge of furniture and modular kitchen products and design principles.
- Ability to engage with customers, build relationships, and close sales effectively.
