We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our team at Advanced Information Security Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities and sourcing goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and Sourcing: Identify and source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing and quality for products and services.
  • Procurement Planning: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics to understand procurement needs and develop strategies for effective purchasing.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process purchase orders and monitor order statuses, ensuring that deliveries are made according to timelines and specifications.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Manage vendor performance, including delivery schedules, product quality, and cost, and address any issues that arise.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to track purchases, expenses, and inventory.
  • Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Base: Solid understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with procurement software is a plus.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Attention to detail and the ability to think critically to resolve procurement challenges.
