We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect to lead our solutions and assist in delivering large programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver solutions and architectures for IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive innovation and ensure systems drive value to the business and customers.
  • Provide technical mentoring to technical leads, review and contribute to technical artifacts, including architecture, functional and non-functional requirements, interface specifications, and high-level design documents.
  • Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's architectural and business needs.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes.
  • Lead root cause analysis of reported critical incidents in operational production systems and recommend effective preventive actions.
  • Implement automation to improve monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of production systems.
  • Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators for faster delivery.
  • Document technical risks and issues, actively working to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks, and technical debt.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and internal departments to design and implement robust solutions and interfaces between applications.
  • Ensure system designs are manageable, maintainable, scalable, resilient, sustainable, cost-effective, and address business requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring all application non-functional requirements are met, thorough testing of NFRs, and corrective/preventive actions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the IT industry.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle ERP solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Hands-on experience in identifying technology opportunities and delivering them through modern software engineering lifecycle.
  • Strong experience in formulating technical solutions and leading delivery, working closely with product owners and delivery leads.
  • Ability to work closely with business, IT, and supplier subject matter experts to manage delivery of business solutions.
  • Must have experience in providing Oracle HCM solutions that are scalable and robust.
  • Expertise in solution designing, fitment analysis, and process mapping to system applications.
  • Comprehensive experience in providing support and conceptualization for technical solution delivery using technology-driven IT solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
  • Domain expertise on airport domain would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to recognize industry technology trends and emerging technologies, understand how they apply to different units in QR.
  • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
