Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Silicon Test Engineer to join our team at Google. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ATE test programs, working with cross-functional teams to validate and characterize silicon, and collaborating with vendors to design and implement SLT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • ATE Test Program Development: Develop and implement ATE test programs on UFLEX, 93K, or other ATE platforms to support silicon validation and characterization.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external silicon partners, product engineering team, and IP vendors to ensure successful silicon development and validation.
  • SLT Solution Design: Design and implement SLT solutions with vendors to support high-volume manufacturing and benchtop testing.
  • IC Product Bring-Up and Verification: Collaborate with the product engineering team to bring up and verify IC products on ATE NPI production programs, and troubleshoot failure modes and improve test coverage.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ATE test development and silicon validation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with UFLEX, 93K, or other ATE platforms.
  • Knowledge of SLT solution design and implementation.
