Airworthiness Coordinator Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage new project openings, ensuring timely and efficient project initiation
* Organize and maintain data registers, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-date information
* Administer design signatories, training, approvals, and expiry, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Monitor supplier approvals and expiry, mitigating potential risks
* Verify project closure completeness and archive project records
* Develop and administer new processes, forms, and procedures
* Coordinate burn testing, shipping of samples, and other project-related activities
* Provide data to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

**Requirements:**

* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
