We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate service support to help maintain high customer service levels for GCIB clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accountability for customer service unit. Meeting assigned service targets.
  2. Provide consistent, timely and accurate customer service response to corporate clients' routine inquiries or transaction instructions.
  3. Ensure the existence, validity and legality of all requisite account opening documentation deemed necessary to secure/protect the bank's position.
  4. Prepare, check, update/input and timely monitor the maturity and pricing of customer deposits in compliance with ALCO directives.
  5. Coordinate with concerned departments the resolution of routine corporate customer problems or inquiry responses.

Requirements:

  1. University degree preferably in finance.
  2. One-year experience preferred but not mandatory.
  3. Computer literate: able to compose routine correspondence and formatted reports using bank standard software.
  4. Bi-lingual Arabic/English.
