About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hairstylist to join our team at W Hotels. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our guests.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing cut/design, color, and styling services to guests
  • Shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing guests' hair
  • Evaluating skin, hair, or nails to determine the best course of treatment
  • Advising guests on proper skin, hair, or nail care and recommending home care regimens
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • A strong knowledge of hair care techniques and products
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
