Tram Conductor Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Operate trams safely and efficiently, adhering to company protocols and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger inquiries and needs.
• Monitor and report any issues with rolling stock or equipment to the OMCC.
• Collaborate with Line Supervisors and Operations Controllers to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in safety and quality audits to maintain high standards.

Requirements

• A valid Qatar road driving license for at least 2 years.
• A good physical condition, meeting Fitness Class 1 requirements.
• Be at least 21 years old and have a minimum height of 1.60m.
• Completed at least 10 years of successful school education.
• A solid understanding of rail public transport operations, including rules and procedures.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to identify and document operational issues.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing operational situations and work collaboratively as part of a team.
