Job SummaryAs a Senior Planning and Performance Management Professional, you will be responsible for providing analytical findings and recommendations to support the objectives and deliverables of the Planning and Performance Management organization. You will lead, coordinate, and execute routine planning and performance management tasks, including weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development. You will also assume the role of risk coordinator and represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives related to planning and performance management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate routine planning and performance management tasks, including weekly highlights, monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Assume the role of risk coordinator and provide oversight on administrative costs.
- Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives related to planning and performance management.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of major deliverables of the Admin Area.
- Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of related experience, preferably at GC (Grade Level) 12-14.
- Ability to produce reports and presentations for senior management.
- Proficiency in working effectively within a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in developing spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
