  • Process Redesign & Implementation
    • Define To-Be processes with enhanced efficiency and innovation.
    • Utilize process modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance with strategic objectives and the authority matrix.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops
    • Collaborate with department leads to align business needs and expectations.
    • Facilitate workshops for process improvement initiatives.
    • Foster cross-functional collaboration for smooth implementation.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer
    • Educate teams on process mapping methodologies.
    • Provide guidance on process documentation and usage.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in process re-engineering or business process management.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Deliverables
  • Comprehensive documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Gap analysis reports identifying inefficiencies and proposed improvements.
  • Finalized process re-engineering framework tailored to the organization.
  • Project report with long-term recommendations.
