Key Responsibilities
  1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, AHU, FCU, fans, pumps, DX units, and HVAC panels and controls.
  2. Perform hands-on repairs and fault rectification of chillers, AHU, FCU, fans, pumps, VRF, DX units, HVAC panels, and controls, including copper brazing, refrigerant charging, compressor installation, and controls repair.
  3. Install DX units, including split, package, ducted, split, fridge, deep freezer, VRF, and water cooler, along with copper brazing, refrigerant charging, testing, and commissioning.
  4. Work with chilled water pipes, ducts, valves, and insulation.
  5. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  6. Carry out minor electrical and plumbing maintenance work, including repair or replacement of fixtures, such as wall switches, outlets, ballast, incandescent and fluorescent tubes and bulbs, fuses, sockets, plumbing fixtures, and repairs.
  7. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  8. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to carry out repair, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance.
  9. Update work completion and status on a daily basis.
  10. Liaise with the safety officer to report on worker safety practices.
  11. Understand customer needs and act accordingly in a swift manner.
  12. Hold ITI or diploma with good knowledge in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  13. Have 35 years of industry experience in the Middle East.
  14. Have good English communication skills.
  15. Have problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
