Product Design Lead for Innovation Team in Canada

We empathize with our users, clients, and teams to design and develop solutions that bring value to them. As a member of the product team, you will be involved in all phases of product development, focusing on specific mandates of the product team. You will leverage research and adopt processes that help the team create product-ready designs, anchored in e180's mission.

Your Role
  • Partner with the CXO to understand the business objectives and context, and own stages of the design process.
  • Produce low to high fidelity mockups and user flows for web and mobile, while testing, validating, and iterating throughout the process.

We maintain a scalable design system that helps the team deliver consistent and coherent experiences. We collaborate with developers during the creation process to surface potential technical limitations. Your role is crucial in making the product come to life by crafting engaging experiences and interactions, in accordance with e180's brand, values, principles, and personality.
