  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering visual concepts that promote the brand, products, and services in-store.
  • This role involves training and coaching the store team to perform merchant-based visual presentation tasks and managing daily, weekly, and seasonal displays.

The successful candidate will ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved in both windows and in-store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create eye-catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Implement the brand-specific visual merchandising standards across all stores.
  • Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
  • Develop floor plans to maximize visual impact and arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout guides.
  • Take photographs of every change made to merchandise displays.
  • Make use of creative lighting for windows and maximize placement of new lines through re-merchandising the store as trends build.
  • Collaborate with the operations and brand management team to increase sales and achieve commercial goals.
  • Conduct research on current market trends and lifestyle to inform visual presentation decisions.
Requirements:
  • Entry-level position requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with retail industry practices and visual merchandising principles.
