Job Summary

MphExpert Doha is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Area Division Manager to lead our EPC-3 RLIC workfronts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and approving deliverables associated with Gate 4 reviews, as well as providing visible SHES leadership and undertaking complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide visible SHES leadership at EPC-3 RLIC workfronts and ensure that all activities are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Deliverable Management: Coordinate, review, and approve deliverables associated with Gate 4 reviews, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Team Management: Act as a source of guidance to the team and stakeholders, providing solutions and support as needed.
  • Project Management: Undertake complex tasks and ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager EPC-3/4 to ensure that all EPCC scopes are completed within the specified large area of the PLANT.
  • Delegation: Have full delegation from the Project Manager within their assigned area, acting as a Project Manager that implies authority towards the Project Management Team.
  • Communication: Directly interact with the counterpart at EPC-3 Contractor, ensuring that both companies are aligned and working towards the same objectives.
  • Contract Management: Be responsible for all activities related to the COMPANY ITEMS Assignment / Novation Agreements, including preparing letters and chairing meetings with EPC-3 Contractor.
  • Schedule Management: Work closely with the Head of Planning or Planning and Schedule Specialist to ensure that all schedules and key project milestones are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree in engineering or project management.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years in Project Management for large and complex EPC contracts.
  • Skills: Experience with multi-cultural type projects, LNG projects, and complex tasks.
