We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Manager to lead our Brownfield Training team at Mekdam Holding Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry, Petrochemicals, or Process Engineering, and a Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety. Additionally, they should hold an internationally recognized training qualification and have at least 10 years of industry experience in HSE, with a focus on Brownfield and Greenfield training, management, delivery, and competency assessments.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and training programs.
  2. Manage and deliver training sessions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  3. Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Petrochemicals, or Process Engineering.
  • Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
