Job Description:

The Barista is a crucial member of our team at Power International Holding, responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. To excel in this role, you will be passionate about delivering high-quality beverages and providing unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Serve Coffee Beverages: Operate espresso machines, brew coffee, steam milk, and create latte art to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
  • Take Customer Orders and Process Payments: Accurately take orders, provide recommendations, and process payments with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and hygienic environment by maintaining equipment, countertops, and utensils to the highest standards.
  • Restock Supplies and Engage with Customers: Restock ingredients, syrups, and supplies as needed, while engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 Years of Working Experience: We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • High School Diploma or Higher: A high school diploma or higher education in a food and beverage-related field is required.
  • Certifications and Skills: Proficiency in operating espresso machines, brewing coffee, steaming milk, and creating latte art is essential. Strong communication and customer service skills are also necessary.
