Job Overview

We are working with a major oil and gas operator to source a senior architectural engineer specializing in urban planning and medical facilities. This is a long-term contract role with a residential basis, requiring a 5-day workweek and 8-9 hours of work per day.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a discipline engineer, you will be responsible for providing quality technical services, including concept definition, engineering studies, design, and preparation of engineering documents.
  • You will verify and sign-off technical designs and bids in accordance with approved standards.
  • Deliver timely service to meet project requirements and provide advice and support in discipline engineering matters.
  • Plan and coordinate activities of a team of engineers to provide technical services to project executing departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
  • Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable.
  • 12 years of relevant post-graduate experience in urban planning and building design is necessary.
  • Skill/knowledge of international standards related to your area of expertise is essential.
  • Experience in managing time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within multiple project environments is required.
