\u2022 Receive updated information and instructions from the Operations Standards Department and communicate to the shop floor team.
\u2022 Coordinate with operations control centre to receive updates, changes, and communicate to shop floor team.
\u2022 Monitor staff attendance and submit documents to operations administration team for further processing.
\u2022 Communicate information related to alerts, notices, and memos to the department staff.
\u2022 Support department leadership to prepare reports for internal meetings.
\u2022 Raise store requisition to request materials from QACC stores to ensure availability of all required stationery items for operational use.
\u2022 Ensure proper maintenance of all office equipment and perform inventory of office and shop floor tools such as scanners, temperature guns, iPads, Phones, etc.
\u2022 Ensure availability of washed chiller jackets, issuance to the applicable staff, collection of soiled jackets, and return to the laundry for washing.
\u2022 Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
