Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing sustainable building design on numerous major projects including commercial, residential, tall tower, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Preparing & verifying designs and converting them to site-worthy shop drawings.
  3. Highlighting and clarifying discrepancies with clients/designers in coordination with superiors.
  4. Coordinating with different services and ensuring compliance with standards and local regulations.
  5. Leading, training, and motivating team members to maximize quality.
  6. Identifying and building up a multi-skilled technical team.
  7. Managing work of other engineers and drafters to meet project and client requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical
8-11 years in MEP, should have Gulf experience.

Key Skills:

MS Office, AutoCAD.

Technical Expertise:

Execution of building services as a contractor including fire fighting, piping works, HVAC, chilled water systems, BMS, testing & commissioning, etc. Capable of supervising detailed engineering works, coordinated shop drawings, technical submittals, liaison with consultants, coordinate with various disciplines, and site supervision.
