About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at People Dynamics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, conducting cost and benchmarking analyses, and preparing budget reports.

Additionally, the Senior Financial Professional will develop financial models, participate in regular audits, and recommend corrective financial action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budget reports to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Develop financial models to support business growth and expansion

  • Design and review fiscal policies to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify investment opportunities to drive business growth and expansion

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Professional Qualification in Accounting (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA)
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in ensuring smooth delivery of financial services, investment banking, or other financial market entities
  • Past employment in the finance function of a listed company ideal and/or exposure to investor relations disciplines
  • Proven track record of disciplines around quarterly reporting to internal and external stakeholders
