At EY, we are seeking a talented Sustainable Finance Expert to join our Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team in the MENA region. As a market-facing professional, you will work with clients to develop and implement sustainable finance strategies that drive business growth while mitigating environmental and social risks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for sustainable finance services.
- Advise clients on delivering end-to-end projects in the financial sector, leveraging EY's expertise in climate change and sustainability.
- Contribute to the development of a market-leading team that provides board-level strategic advice and wins large transformation engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical understanding of various ESG reporting frameworks, including GRI, CDP, TCFD, SASB, UNPRI, and IFRS S1 and S2.
- Technical knowledge and experience of delivering multiple materiality concepts – impact, financial, double materiality.
- Prior experience in leading or delivering sustainable finance solutions in a global consulting firm or with a multinational financial institution.
