Metallic Structure Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Metallic Structure Supervisor to join our team at شركة BSL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and inspection of metallic structures and SFT components are carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Inspection: Undertake detailed maintenance and inspection activities on metallic structures and SFT components, ensuring work is completed in accordance with approved technical information and configuration management.
- Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Analyze and diagnose faults to equipment and assemblies, apply diagnostic skills and knowledge to effect repairs or modify equipment, and suggest improvements to procedures.
- Operational Performance Review: Review operational performance of aircraft components and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.
- Task Management: Ensure maintenance is undertaken to schedule, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary. Undertake and complete tasked maintenance and diagnostic activities on metallic structures/SFT components.
- Personal Development: Maintain personal task authorization for working on aircraft or components, complete On the Job training activities, and maintain a personal Log Book to demonstrate currency and recency.
- Facility Management: Undertake support tasks within the metallic structures/SFT bay facility, ensuring compliance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
- Quality Assurance: Undertake fault evaluation and raise ad hoc work cards for 'found faults' during maintenance.
The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of the construct of the approved Technical Information set and be competent to work unaided to approved data, maintenance instructions, and in accordance with the organisation's Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE). They will also demonstrate the ability to analyze and diagnose faults to equipment and assemblies, follow diagnostic procedures, and work effectively within a team.
We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual who can take direction appropriately and maintain a personal Log Book to demonstrate currency and recency. The successful candidate will also be responsible for progress reporting against delivery targets to the supervisor/controller.
