We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Executive to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, measuring, and managing key risks within defined potential loss parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Risk Management Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive Risk Management Framework that aligns with our organization's risk appetite and tolerance.
  • Propagate Risk Consciousness: Foster a risk-conscious culture across the organization through effective communication strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the importance of risk management.
  • Monitor and Report on Key Risks: Continuously monitor key risks and report on their status to relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Test and Evaluate the Risk Management Framework: Regularly test and evaluate the effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework to ensure its relevance and implementation across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a banking institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
