Housing Supervisor

The Supervisor - Housing plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of housing services at Sidra Medicine Doha. This position is responsible for supervising the process of acquiring safe, appropriate, and cost-effective housing for staff members.

• Supervise and coordinate activities related to housing services, contributing to the preparation of Sidra Housing Guidelines/Handbook.
• Perform a variety of technical and administrative tasks related to housing searches and the establishment of relocated staff members in Doha.
• Ensure the quality of the housing experience is maintained throughout the process, through supervision of frontline housing staff.
• Secure lease agreements, ensuring that executed leases and associated documents are filed according to department policy and duly entered into the database.
• Train and develop junior members in the housing team, ensuring they have necessary skills, competence, and knowledge to perform their duties.
• Coordinate with the Finance/Procurement Department for tenancy contracts.
• Source new accommodation for current and new staff as per Sidra policy.
• Plan and implement a paperless database system and process for housing services.
• Provide tenant services, explaining Sidra housing guidelines, policies, and procedures for candidates, employees, and consultants.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience.
• Certification and Licensure: Valid driving license in the State of Qatar.
