Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt and Courteous Greeting: Greet customers promptly and courteously, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Order Taking and Delivery: Take orders accurately and deliver food to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that all dishes are presented with flair and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Service Standards: Ensure that all guests receive positive and professional service, exceeding their expectations at every turn.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items, enabling you to describe and make suggestive selling to customers with confidence.
  • Food Quality and Consistency: Ensure that food quality and consistency are delivered at all times, meeting the high standards of our brand.
  • Table Management: Manage the setup and close down of tables within your section, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all workstations and equipment are spotless at all times.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the cashier to handle orders accurately and ensure that all guests receive their bills and tips in a timely manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Attend regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the team, ensuring that we are always striving for excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a high-volume, fast-paced beach club environment.
