Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage Department and maintaining high standards of service quality.

You will work closely with the F&B Manager and Outlet Manager to promote positive work environments and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

  1. To provide exceptional service to guests at all times, following our Standards of Performance.
  2. To be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
  3. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

Additionally, you will handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and establish a rapport with guests to maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications


• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations (freshers are welcome to apply)

• Passion for excellent service

• Excellent team player

• Excellent communication skills
