Counsellor-Educational Psychologist

Aletqan Manpower seeks a skilled Counsellor-Educational Psychologist to join our team. As an integral part of our educational services, this role will focus on designing and implementing interventions to address a wide range of difficulties children may face, including performance anxiety, learning difficulties, and anger management issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Design and implement evidence-based interventions to support students' personal and social development.
• Collaborate with educational staff to create and implement prevention programs addressing common school problems.
• Encourage students' wellbeing and a healthier mindset by emphasizing their personal and social strengths.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational staff to ensure effective support and communication.

**Requirements:**

• Strong background in educational psychology and counselling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and other stakeholders.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and prevention programs.
