Key Responsibilities

1. Provide investors with an accurate account of company affairs, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Coordinate shareholder meetings and press conferences, release financial data, lead financial analyst briefings, and publish reports to relevant authorities, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

3. Maintain the company's website (Investor Relations Sector) with up-to-date substantial information, ensuring easy access for investors and stakeholders.

4. Update QSE & QCSD's portals with disclosures and substantial information, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.

5. Organize investor press/call conferences, ensuring effective communication and a smooth experience for all participants.

6. Coordinate with concerned departments for publishing fundamental news/financial statements and information in local newspapers and social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand image and tone.

7. Publish the quarterly shareholder's report, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's financial performance and progress.

8. Assist with the preparation of the annual report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
