- Sector and Practice Building:
- Develop expertise in Oil & Gas practice to increase the breadth and depth of our knowledge base and capabilities.
- Elevate our brand and presence in the marketplace through thought leadership, offering development, and recruiting.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to analysts, consultants, and managers.
- Contribute to consulting senior leadership and position EPAM services and consulting offerings.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively with senior and C-level stakeholders, demonstrating skills to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Shape and lead business strategy and digital transformation engagements.
