We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our electrical design team in Qatar. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical system design, international codes and standards, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and issue electrical design deliverables, including electrical design basis, specifications, and standards.
  • Lead electrical design teams and ensure accuracy and alignment with project scope.
  • Review and check electrical deliverables to ensure compliance with international codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement electrical design tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
  • Participate in project reviews, design reviews, and audits to ensure electrical design meets project requirements.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design and project management.
  • Proven track record of leading electrical design teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of international codes and standards, including IEC and IEEE.
  • Experience with electrical design software, including SPEL and Aveva Electrical.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
