Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating project plans and schedules in line with roll-out timelines and track their progress.
  • Support market research requests as they arise.
  • Implement project plans and follow up on progress, adapting as required.
  • Update project plans sheets and keep them organized on a daily basis to assist the Project Manager.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and/or experience in Business Administration (currently studying or recent graduate).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, structured, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PM software tools is a plus, but not absolutely necessary.
  • Proficiency in GSuite (Google sheets, slides, docs, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
