In this exciting role, you will play a vital part in EY's Business Support Services team, which supports various service lines like Assurance, Advisory, Tax and Transaction Advisory Services. The Job Description

You will work closely with senior client-serving professionals to drive project management and engagement coordination for EY's key account client-serving teams. Your main objective will be to enhance efficiency, minimize time-to-deliver, and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • You will divide your time between project management and analytics.
  • Audit and manage budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance and due diligence.
Key Skills And Attributes
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, project plans, and communications, and provide regular status updates to advance service delivery.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the service line, engagement, EY's structure, key personnel, and policies/procedures.
  • Serve as the knowledge manager for the engagement team, overseeing internal databases and/or portals for global team communication and coordination of go-to-market strategy.
  • Take ownership of engagement economics (hours/budgets/estimates to complete, fees, billings, Work in Process spreadsheets), collaborating with relevant team members to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the account team, business development, and resource management teams to achieve team objectives.
  • Coordinate risk management processes, including engagement letters, client continuance, independence, family tree, preapproval, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong data analytics and Excel skills, including pivot tables.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening, influencing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to address all relevant information/data and develop practical approaches to problem-solving.
  • A creative and curious approach to addressing complex challenges, leveraging internal tools and resources to achieve positive outcomes.
  • A results-driven approach to drive enhancements in engagement economics (financial systems, relationship management tools, revenue pipeline, sales cycle reports, risk assessments).
  • A proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with virtual teams.
  • An ability to effectively manage concurrent projects and prioritize multiple tasks, including multi-location coordination.
  • The capability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work and diligent follow-up.
  • The ability to summarize and conclude activities, applying appropriate documentation standards and lessons learned.
  • The capacity to protect confidential and proprietary information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A background in a direct client service role.
  • A bachelor's degree.
