Job Description:
We seek an experienced Videographer & Photographer to join our creative team and help us tell our story through captivating visuals that reflect our brand's excellence and sophistication. As a key member of our multimedia content creation team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and images across multiple platforms—ranging from digital marketing campaigns and social media content to corporate presentations and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos that highlight the architectural beauty, luxury living, and unique features of our developments.
  • Plan and execute creative shoots for marketing campaigns, property showcases, and corporate events.
  • Develop engaging visual content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing strategy of Levante Holding.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders as needed to deliver on creative projects.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Use editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom) to produce polished final products.

Brand Consistency & Innovation:

  • Maintain and elevate Levante Holding's visual identity across all channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously innovate and improve content quality.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize and archive multimedia assets for efficient retrieval and use.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and communicates the desired luxury lifestyle effectively.
  • Work with senior leadership to gather feedback and make data-driven adjustments to visual strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in videography and photography, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in high-end camera equipment and lighting.
  • Expertise in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

Creative Vision:

  • Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, detail, and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative projects that resonate with high-net-worth audiences.

Project Management:

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Education:

  • A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Photography, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
