We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Planner to join our team at QS Quest. As a Senior Cost Planner, you will be responsible for leading the pre-contract cost management team and delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pre-contract cost management team and ensure the delivery of high-quality cost management services
  • Develop and maintain sound business relationships with clients and other industry stakeholders
  • Create, develop, and maintain cost estimates and cost plans using Excel and CATO estimation software
  • Manage and lead pre-contract cost management teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cost management needs and develop tailored solutions

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of post-degree qualification experience in cost management
  • Proven experience in leading pre-contract cost management teams
  • Proficiency in cost estimate and cost plan compilation using Excel and CATO estimation software
  • QS degree is essential
  • Previous Middle East experience is ideal
