Cocktail Connoisseur

We are looking for a talented Mixology Specialist to join our team at Movendrick. As a key member of our F&B department, you will be responsible for crafting unique and memorable experiences for our guests through expertly mixed cocktails and exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of composure under pressure.

• Mixing complex cocktails using an extensive range of ingredients, including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
• Taking beverage orders from guests or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying close attention to detail.
• Satisfying guests' requests in a timely manner.
• Assessing guests' preferences and making drink recommendations.
• Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by delivering exceptional guest service.
• Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed.
• Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all guests.
• Maintaining a well-stocked bar with adequate supplies of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
• Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory management.
• Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
• Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks.
• Planning bar menus and specials.
• Preparing and serving appetizers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar.

• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and promotions.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairing options and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
